Darin L. Offerdahl is an audit and accounting principal with Henry, Raymond & Thompson, LLC. Darin has over 18 years of experience providing audit, accounting and advisory services to governmental, non-profit and commercial organizations. Darin's decade of experience with national and regional public accounting firms directing client relationships, engagements and audit teams and auditing the financial statements of a wide range of governmental, non-profit and commercial organizations highlights his professionalism and knowledge. Darin is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut and leads the firms audit practice.
Prior to joining Henry, Raymond & Thompson, LLC, Darin spent a number of years with Alexion Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded biotech. As their Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance, Darin was brought on board to lead the financial reporting team, expand and formalize financial systems, develop an internal audit function and implement controls to support company's rapid growth. Preceding Alexion, Darin spent several years with Acme United, a publicly traded manufacturer and distributor of office supplies, as their Accounting Director and controller.

Darin is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Government Finance Officers Association of Connecticut. Darin is active in both the Hamden and Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce and is a leader in his local church, were he's headed committees overseeing both children's education and benevolence. Darin is currently on the Board of Directors of The Multicultural Leadership Institute, Inc. (MLI), an Organization who works closely with Cities, Towns, State Agencies and Corporations across Connecticut to provide leadership for positive change through implementing and coordinating multicultural and diversity awareness, education, advocacy, and research programs.
Darin received his Masters in Business Administration from Regis University where he graduated with Honors and received his Bachelors degree in accounting from Southern Connecticut State University.
