We are pleased to
announce some exciting changes in our
firm effective August 1, 2006.
Puleo, Thompson, Henry
& Raymond, LLC has merged with the
South Windsor firm of Lillis, Burnett,
Henry & Raymond, LLC. The
firm name is now Henry, Raymond, Morin
& Thompson, LLC. Offices
will continue to be maintained in both
locations.
In conjunction with
the merger, we have added both a new
partner and a new manager to the firm.
Rick Morin, who joins
us as a new partner, brings a wealth
of knowledge gained through nearly 20
years of practical experience in the
field of public accounting. Rick
comes to us from Blum, Shapiro &
Company, P.C. where he served most
recently as a manager in their tax
department. In addition to an
extensive background in general tax
matters, Rick is highly skilled in the
area of estate and trust tax planning
and administration. He will over
see all estate and trust tax matters
for the firm.
Joseph A. Handleman is
our new manager. Joe is a
Certified Public Accountant with over
30 years of experience in public
accounting. His expertise is in
general business operations for
closely held businesses, where he
provides accounting and tax
services. His areas of
concentration include property
development, contractors, insurance,
retail and public utilities.
We are excited about
these changes as they will permit us
to expand our client base and services
while at the same time allow our
existing clients to receive the same
high level of service that they have
been accustomed to.
